LOL, this must be the fence line farm. Are those cameras or stands marked?

I believe this is where your #1 last year was. Just curious if there has been any sign or info on him. Is he going to be your main focus this year again?

Iv never found a shed in Florida. That said they would hard to spot, crickets have bigger antennae than most of the antlers here

I didn’t really elaborate on it much, but I actually stopped hunting that deer after November 25th. He was 4 1/2 last year and I made the decision if I didn’t kill him by the rut I would let him go and hope he makes it to 5 1/2. Time will tell if that was a good decision. No sign of him for a while, but that’s his pattern for the last 2 years. I’ll know in June.

I made it out between storms yesterday to pull a few cards and put out some more feed.

This is the very first card pull on my neighbors farm where I killed my Muzzleloader buck last season. I have one shed to this 8 point from last year. Looks like he shed off around 2/1. Now if only we didn’t have 14” of snow I could go find the antlers.

This 11 point is a new buck. He has a cool little sticker off his left beam.

I have decided to sublease another farm. This is the one that Borders Mark Drury. Super farm. Im just concentrating on a couple of my new spots this year. The 194” typical Mark Drury killed this past season actually spent a lot of time on this farm. Pm me for deets.

Well this is a first. This shed is literally frozen into the ground. Tried hammer...nada. It is encased in ice. Its gonna be a few weeks before it can be picked up. Im going to have anxiety about critters chewing the tines off at the ground.

If you can get to it with a quad, fill a 5 gallon container (with a lid ) of water and pour it on that bone. I'm looking forward to seeing that shed. :tu:

Put fox scent around the shed or go to the barber shop , get a bag full of hair and dump it.

Had a great weekend at the Iowa Deer Classic. Talked with Justin, Todd, and Clinton Fawcett. Marauder came by the booth. Prolly some others I didn’t recognize.

I got to hold the new world record 5x5 Indiana legend sheds. All I can say is no picture in any way does justice to these. Biggest framed antlers I have ever seen.

Out shed hunting. Stumbled across not 1 but 2 forgotten cameras. They have been out since October 30th. Both still clicking away. Seems I should put more effort here this fall

Bit the bullet and trudged 6.5 miles through 1-3 ft of snow.

Picked up a stud oldie that I missed last year. Was laying right on top of a terrace in a corn field
