I'm back to 2012 now in a Kentucky thread. I'll save all of the minor details, but thought this one was worth showing.
Damn. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but wow. All for the quest of being some kind of celebrity hunter. When Fletch initially called Booner out I thought he was being a little harsh but here we are. Why you would jeopardize your well being, family and future over antler inches is beyond me but I hope that he finds his way back to be a rational human being. I know my wife would skin me alive if I ever put us through something like this, chit who am I kidding she would have me drawn and quartered.

Wow! Are any of his hunts, trail cam pics or stories true? Maybe this is a guy who lives in his mother's basement and fabricates his life with other people's pictures and stories. What a sad obsession. Had a lot of people fooled.

Wow, I really didn't expect it to be this big. I had no idea this had been a pattern for years and years. I honestly thought a little splash of cold water in his face might put him on the right path. But, the damage had already been done for years and years. At this point, I actually feel empathy for the guy. To be doing this for so many years and to this extent goes beyond anything normal. There is something deeper working here. I hope he can find some avenue to be happy and realize that there are better ways to be appreciated and respected. I really do wish him the best.
This is truly sad. I think we all have a better understanding now. Let's hope this guy gets the help he needs.
