More EHD finds. This is getting obscene.

Another one...not trying to sound all doom and gloom but this is as bad as it gets. I legitimately may not have any deer to hunt by October

Man, that is AWFUL... I’m sick for ya, have you talked to anyone else around the area if their having the same issues? Is this concentrated on just one of your farms or multiple?

Yes. Lots of people nearby have found many dead deer. It has hit 4 of my farms pretty bad. I still do have some farms in other areas that seem to be fine, but on the ones affected it is BAD. I'm expecting 70% or more die off.

Weather this week is horrendous. Hot and humid. Hoping to head back out Friday.

Did have what I am making my #1 target show up. Pretty cool stuff. I have not had a single picture of him other than one sequence in July. I knew he doesn’t spend the summer on the farm, but figured he would be back once beans start turning yellow and acorns start dropping. Last Friday I put up a mock scrape on a logging road in the middle of the timber where I got his picture last year. Just a few hours later, he was literally the first deer on the camera! He worked the scrape, and then 11 minutes later, 400 yards away he shows up in the food plot I planted specifically for him. If he keeps that up he’s dead.

Put up another stand and checked a camera yesterday. This farm is loaded with mature bucks; thankfully no sign of ehd, but nothing really giant on camera yet.

Little John really didn’t grow much this year. But he’s 5, so he will be a target for a buddy

Friar Tuck is just an absolute tank bodied deer. No previous history but I’m gonna guess he is at least 6

In for an urban hunt. It’s been pouring rain all day and just quit a few minutes ago. Pretty pumped!

Craziest spot ive ever hunted. From my tree I can see a grocery store, a starbucks, 2 houses, and a church, and a busy street.
