Yep. Also what spine are your arrows. Your arrow spine should be different between those two poundages. That may cause issues also. Of your arrows are spined for 60lbs, they will be under spined for 70.
Very true. I went from .400 to .340 when I turned mine up. Made a world of difference Sent from my SCH-I535
Hey guys sorry been really busy with work lately. I did pick up my new bow today though! I'm beyond pumped. My first new bow in about 10 years. Can't wait to get out this weekend to get a few shots through her!
You can tell us you got a new bow and not tell us about your new set up. Unless you already and I missed it....
I can't either now. No idea why not. They were showing up earlier when I looked, but they've disappeared for some reason. And tapatalk won't let me upload pics. It keeps saying something about an update but it says I have latest version. Any ideas what the problem could be? Sent from my SCH-I535
So my dad and I and grandparents all went up to our cabin where we stay when we bowhunt. We intially spent the day to change the well pump. Since my dad wanted to go check his camera I checked mine as well. Bad news though. They are cutting the woods where I have my best stand. Looks like they only just started but was heading towards my area which was only about another 100 yards. Kinda disappointing but only time will tell how much they decide to cut and what type of cut it is going to be. Hopefully not a clear-cut. Atleast I got to pull all my cams out so I didnt go there in the coming weeks and find them crushed on the ground.
Just a personal thing I guess, but deer skulls I'm cool with, human skulls not so much... Sorry. I have nothing against other people using it, but it's just not my cup of tea. I don't own anything with the Bone collectors logo either...
I am getting more and more excited, 5 more days until my season starts!!!! I went out to check on my soy bean plots and check my cameras this weekend. Man I was in for a surprise, the soy beans are not doing well as they are getting eaten up faster than they can grow. I kinda expected that though. I will plant my fall mix in a couple weeks as it is just now starting to cool down a little here. The good news though is my #1 hit list buck is back from last year and he has turned into a monster for my area. He is blind in 1 eye and really showing his age. I had this buck on camera last year nearly daily in day light hours and then just before the season started they clear cut the property where I had this buck. I continued to get pictures of him throughout the season but not often and only at night. I am so excited to once again go after this buck. He has a split in his left ear, same split as last year. Here are a few pictures last year and now this year.
The bucks are starting to loose velvet as well. Here is one more of my #1 as well as the high and tight loosing velvet.
