Looks at his bone collector shirt, shoes, sox, hoody, toothbrush, bow, arrows, truck, tree stand, air rifles, game calls, camera, beef jerky... And walks away from the thread.

Ever notice how much junk has the real tree name on it? They even sell real tree Bacon and quail. By far the crappiest bacon I have ever had.

You all are a bunch of haters. Your not going to buy something because of the logo, really? Your categorized as the exact same person that buys things for the logo. I wear what I wear because I like it and could give 2 ****s who made it as long as it does the job that I am asking it to. Cost is one thing, but the excuse that I wont buy it b/c of the logo is ignorant.

I have a scentblocker freak nasty camo suit "bone collector" on the back, wouldn't trade it for anything.

Good for Micheal and his group. They found a niche market, worked their tails off, became famous, and now reaping the rewards. Is there a lot of overkill involved, well sure, I saw a Micheal Waddell action figure the other day.
I'm not sure if I have anything bone collector or not. I buy products based on need and function. However, I do believe I have some stuff.
The fact still remains, he has a popular TV show, is a great guy (from everything I have ever seen), and though he sponsors about everything under the sun, it's not total junk.
I'm not saying this is the case, but don't hate because someone is famous or "everywhere". If he kicked your dog or you had a bad experience with his product, then by all means.

Personally i think the logo is pretty sweet, but i'm not a big fan of the mark up they put on their products for it. example- the Bone Collector edition climber from ameristep retails at $350. its pretty much the same stand as their Hitman climber. that one retails around $200 at wally world. If i could sew i would put that sweet logo on all my gear and it would be pretty sweet, but i'm not about to pay overly excessive amounts just because Michael Waddell and Travis "T-Bone" Turner endorse it.

Many good points here. Buying Bone Collector items is vaguely similar to why people hunt or why people only shoot big bucks. It's because they can and they have a choice. If you don't like him or the products he puts his stamp on, don't buy it. I can't blame him for it, I'd do the same thing. Get the money while it's hot. More sponsorships = more $ in his pocket = better opportunities to hunt, provide for his family, buy more property, build his overall wealth, etc. You gotta look at it like a business.

Being a little dramatic aren't you?

I think I noticed like 2 posters in this entire thread which indicated would not buy something due to the "bone collector" logo being on it

Maybe you should read more of the posts next time...

I don't own anything which has bone collector on it...but it's not because i'm a hater...I just haven't found a reason to buy any of their stuff

I like the logo and the green trim and stuff that comes with it. But I'm not going to pay the extra money for the same thing. I have an Apex quiver and the Bone Collector Model was $10 more but it was exactly the same thing. Same thing with my truglo sight except the BC model was $25 higher for the same thing. Thought it was kind of ridiculous so I didn't buy it. But if you have the money and want the look that much then more power to them.

I have made the decision to make sure everything I buy for hunting from now on says "Made in the U.S.A." on it. I have looked at a few bone collector items recently and all of them were from China. Still don't own anything bone collector to this day for that reason. Economic stimulus = American arrows shot from and American bow passing through a good ol American whitetail
