Well I just received a Bohning Blazer Helix Jig. I am a big fan of blazers and have used them exclusivly for 4 years. Bohning have recently bout out a product to improve on the blazer. The Helix jig is designed for fletching with Blazers only. The clamp is cleverly yet simply designed and allows the archer to fletch blazers at extreme helical! 3 degrees should get the arrows spinning nice and quickly. I fletched 1 doz arrows to try out the new jig. I was impresed by how the Helix jig made the vane wrap around the arrow. The jig is quick and easy to use though it pays to fix it to your work bench. I will add to this after i have tested the accuracy between arrow/ broad head combinations fletched with blazers using the Helix jig and those fletched with my faithfull Blitzenburg jig.
