I was reviewing the turkey hunting regulations for Nebraska and found that what is required is a broad head or a bludgeon tip that is a minimum of 9/16" in diameter. This is the first I've heard about using a bludgeon tip on turkey. Has anyone here used them before? I assume a head shot is required because I have my doubts about there being enough shock to kill via body shot. Google could find me no articles or videos about shooting bludgeon tip arrows at turkeys. That got my curiosity up even more.
