Don't drink them myself but as a previous bartender I made them with:
    Vodka/gin
    2-3 dashes Tabasco
    Spoonful of pickle juice
    Dash of salt/pepper
    Tiny splash of olive juice
    Splash of Worcestershire
    Tomato juice.
    Garnish:
    Celery
    Lime wedge
    Pickle
    Green olives
    Pickled mushroom
    Sausage stick
And celery salt on the rim of the glass. Beer chaser, of course.

I have made them with bacon flavored vodka, and they were awesome. the bacon flavor gives it an excellent flavor, and isn't much good for anything else.

I feel bloody mary's are just an excuse to drink alcohol in then morning, and I much prefer a Budweiser with my bacon and eggs than vodka and tomato juice.
