Here is a link to the extra blades:

They had the practice heads because I just ordered some last week. Maybe call their customer service.

Awesome video. Thanks Justin. I have been searching for feedback on kills with these broadheads. I believe these broadheads would achieve better penetration than most other mechanicals, based on how the blades deploy. Also. they would have a definite advantage over most other mechanicals, if they did not achieve a complete pass thru, also. Because the blades would continue cutting and inflicting further dammage, where the majority of other mechanicals the blades flold forward when the arrow pulls back, ie... the blades cutting surface is not performing any further work. I will be trying these 2 blades, if they fly to suit me. Do the shoot the same as field points?

First post, by the way. Great website.MH

"Poor pineapple. I hit this thing dead center, cuz I'm a pretty good shot." Instant classic!

Looking forward to killing a bear in early September with one of these heads.

I got a good laugh out of that myself but I wasn't going to say anything. The cantaloupe must have jumped the string, huh? :)

I was coming back to post on the " 'cause I'm a pretty good shot" comment as well. :)

    LOL, Little Chief... :D

Justin's a straight-up gangsta, sucking the blood of his victims as he inspects their wounds!

Which head will penetrate better the 2 blade or 3 blade?

I have no direct experience with this broadhead, but generally speaking, fewer blades, means less drag and better penetration.

I can not speak on the 2 blade beacuse I have not shot them ,but as for the 3 blade I saw three kills last year with them and they were awesome. My daughter was only shooting 42 pounds out of her Hoyt and the head went through as far as to just poke the tip out the other side and this was a 185 lb buck in illinois..

The rage threads always mention the KE needed to make that head work. What kind of KE does this head need. I am un biased towards any broadhead, so just curious is all. When I run out of my current stash of rage and snypers I will more than likely give them a try. I like the looks of them alot.

Perhaps you can answer my question. Do they fly with the same point of impact as a field point, or do you have to sight for the broadheads point of impact?

I used the 3 blade bloodrunner and it impacted the same as my field points but, then again, every BH I use impacts with my fieldpoints. I have tried quite few different BH's and, when shot with a well tuned bow and arrow they always impact with field points.

Thanks, I am punching perfect bullet holes thru paper with my Z7 and my Q2XL. I have shot a few fixed blade broaheads that shot different, and for some reason. The Rage shot very poorly on both bows, and my wifes crossbow as well. I feel one or more blades were prematurely opening in flight. It was most likely a bad batch of broadheads, but who can say I wouldn't get another, I do not trust the rage now. I shoot slick tricks and spitfires with field point accuracy. I am planning on giving the blood runner a try.
