I will be hunting a property this weekend made of up grassland. I am debating on setting up my ground blind this evening a few hours after sunset or tomorrow morning before sunrise. What would be the best option? Thank you!

Either way, the deer are going to notice your blind and likely be uncomfortable with it... I'd opt for tomorrow morning leaving less scent in the area and less disturbance over night.

To maximize the blind's effectiveness, use local vegetation to brush it up. Break up the outline of it with branches, and you're less likely to stand out. Find a tree with branches that are about 1-1.5 inches thick and cut them off at a very sharp angle. Then use the pointy end you just created to push them into the ground around your blind.
