    Hey guys

What do you use on your blinds to keep them from fading and becoming sun damaged after being out for extended periods of time?

Brush. for deer I attach alot of brush to the blind. Usually have it tucked under some overhanging branches which will shade the top.

I just let them fade. It's only going to be an eye sore to you. Deer will get used to anything if it's left out long enough.

This is true. we built a box blind one time and wrapped it in that pink foam board insulation and was going to come back with sheeting on the outside but didn't have time so we hunted out of a pink blind....and killed deer

I'm not worried to much about the color but the sun dries and weakens the fabric

Don't worry about the color, and yes eventually you just have to buy another one. Not much you can do about it. hence why I buy "throw away blinds" under $100!!!

I have been using several "Lucky's Hunting Blinds" for over 10 years.
Yes they are a little more money ($379 last time that I checked) but they last.
Super tough materials and little color fading to boot.

Color don't matter.... Brush it in and hunt.
