You do realize that you do not have to touch the rim for it to be a "dunk", right?

Hmmm...you did type it in blue. I believe this adds more credibility.

We must rule this "not a dunk", now. Its the blue font rule.

Did anyone catch Griffin's layup over Perkins the other day?! Damn!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon further review, the Blue Font Rule is overruled by the dictionary*.

dunk shot - n. a basketball shot in which the basketball is propelled downward into the basket

While blue font was used in OHbowhntr argument, the dictionary makes no mention of having to grab the rim. Therefore, Griffin's shot is once again ruled a dunk. Tough break.

*The Blue Font Rule can only be overruled by a) the Red Font Rule, or b) the dictionary.

Also, watch the sideline view---his hand hits the rim, you don't have to grab the rim to make it a dunk

Definitely more of a finger roll the more I look at it:deer:

You seem pretty wound up about the whole thing. Did Blake Griffin piss in your cherios or something?

This colored font takes things to a whole different level. I feel slightly intimidated. I'd respond back with some color, but I don't even know how to do that.

It was a pretty awesome side step layup regardless.

This is the case with most things in life: sports, tv, food, etc. People get tired of seeing the same thing and want something new. Sports highlights are always getting bigger and better, IE: Jerome Simpson's front flip touchdown. The next "big" thing will always end up as the norm.

Michael was the best of all time in my mind.... BUT... the power and speed and force of BG's dunks is unmatched. He does it over and over and he's just a baby. He's a newbie.... and he soars above the rest and comes down from above like a thunderbolt. Michael was one of a kind... But BG is a dunkamachine extrodinaire..
