Black warts on deer??

I saw something on my last cam check that i've never seen before. A couple deer we got photos of had big black warts all over them. I accidentally deleted the picture of the doe that literally probably had 30 black warts on her face/body, but I did keep the picture of this buck that has one on the lower left side of his face that you can see if you look closely. Some of the bigger warts look to be about an inch big and the doe had some open sore looking spots like the warts had fallen off. Anyone ever seen these before or know anything about them?? should we be concerned??
