As for durability on the rampages. I missed my target awhile back new to me bow hahh. Well shooting 80#s that arrow hit the 2x4 of the frame that held my target an it blew thru it an is still usable there was at least 8" out the other side of the board Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Yea we did talk about it, everything went as planned. Drove to Nova Scotia and then took the ferry...short three hour drive then float plane into the camp. I sent some pictures to your tappa talk messages , if you didn't get them let me know. Moose is excellent. I don't think is as good as elk however it's a pretty close second. It really is fantastic.
Those are beautiful Moose's. Congrats. Did you use an outfitter or DIY? Nice being able to just drive all that meat home. Kilboars Hunt Club
Unfortunately the only nonresident tags are available through outfitters. Fortunately the outfitter we used was excellent. We couldn't rebook soon enough it was a great time. Bringing all the meat home was very easy.
Cool, I guess I knew that. Can I get the outfitters info? I thought I could do a combo caribou hunt up there but they get big bucks for the Caribou because their part of the Super Slam. Heard they're not that good to eat either. I heard they have a freighter Co that ships your meat in an freezer container to the nearest port cheap. Could work for a Florida guy that needs to fly in.
You should book with us, only two spots left for the week. It's probably the best rut week of the season. Getting meat back isn't a problem. Caribou tags are costly only because there aren't many left they cut back by probably 80%. In fact if they have another down year this year they most likely will close the season.
2019 is the first year he has openings.I sent you a message I will get you the info. He only hunts 5 weeks total and four guys a week. We rebooked the 4th week..3rd and 4th week bull are starting to look for the second round of cows and considered prime rut.
