I have had this issue with my Black Eagle arrows and the brass inserts. I only have the issue with a crappy bag target that is really hard to pull the arrows out of. I had all of the inserts replaced and got rid of that target. I have multiple other targets including a Glendel and never had the problem with any other target. Love the arrows and the brass inserts.
I had a couple do this...I've had great luck with gorilla glue, couple dabs, shove that puppy down orient my broadhead how I want quick, wipe any that came out side and let set (happens fast).
