Black coyote?

    Just checked my trail cam today and was quite surprised. Not sure if this is a black coyote but the first picture is a picture of one that was taken a couple of days earlier. Have never gotten a black dog on camera and do not know of any in my area. Thoughts?

    Melanistic yotes aren't super rare....so it could be. Nice find!

    I'd say its a big red fox, mainly because of the black feet.....just my guess
