    Thanks guys...

Yeah it was supposed to be my nephew's hunt as I was guiding him. He was in an elevated blind on my left and I was on the ground. But for some reason, inexperience or different view on the site he never took the shot.

So after two hours of that bear coming and leaving and with only 20 minutes left of daylight I decided to take the shot.

There was another one about the same size, female with a year old cub hanging around the bait as well, that why the bear looked so nervous.

Cool Video. Yeah also on my bucket list.

Were you in a blind filming on the ground?

Yes from a ground blind 20 yards away (more like a pile of branches and twigs than a blind...), picture below is from the bait looking at the hiding spot..

That nice Elk on your avatar is on my bucket list... wanna trade?

That doesn't look like much cover from a bear. It's gotta be a rush.

Yeah. That was a Red Stag from NZ. Great place to hunt if you can ever make it.

That was awesome. I love bear hunting because you just never know what they are going to do.. And the fact that they can join you in the tree if they chose so is always in the back of my mind. Thanks for sharing.
