Great photo, top of the thread, good luck to those of you heading up that mountain, sheep are the ultimate and hard earned.

I had a good buddy take one this year. He said it was one of the hardest hunts to get, and the hardest tag to fill. I know that it is on my bucket list.

I still have a moose and antelope on the list. Then goats and sheep if I am still alive to chase them

I'd love to chase a moose! If everything goes like I'll be on an antelope hunt next year.

Sheep are my favourite animals, and have always been on top of my list and always will be. Ive been on 4 sheep hunts with the bow, have not had success though. But nothing like hunting in the mountains, for me anyways. :banghead:

I put in for two sheep tags a year for the last 10 years or so. It's highest on my list of things I haven't hunted yet. All my draws being non res it's such a long shot. I might have to suck it up and lay out the cash and go where I can get a tag.

How did you get four sheep hunts with a bow? This may be a teachable moment.
