When he played here In Minnesota with the Wolves I had always thought he was a decent guy as far as Interacting with other players. I guess I was wrong. I've heard his name brought up allot since from many other NBA players and anouncers. I could be wrong but I don't believe he's much of a cheap shot guy but more of a guy with a mouth from what I understand.

I thought he was a good guy with Minnesota too, but once he went to Boston it's like he flipped a switch and decided to be a ****k. Plus he's pretty dirty and has an equally dirty mouth. Which is fine is fine in sports I think to an extent, but if you watch games and read his mouth, it's entirely too much and very vulgar.

My biggest problem with KG is how he seems to always get chippy, physical, and dirty with white and specifically foreign players. Yet, he's very cordial, respective, and pleasant with other black players, especially the superstars.

All that being said, I think he's a great player and even better teammate. If you're on KG's team, you know he'll give 100% for you every night and will always have your back.

Ron Artest. I am having a very hard time seeing how that elbow to the head was accidental.

Probably react like the 4,098,576 people reacted that did the same thing. Run back on defense. Or I suppose you could throw an elbow and almost decapitate somebody.

    What?

Lambier was the first I thought of. Rodman could be on the list too. Artest is just crazy in the head in general. I don't think he does what he does out of pure nasty malice. He takes meds to control himself (or at least used to). Just an unstable dude.

It would be a shame for Rick Mahorn not to be mentioned in this conversation as well. Growing up a celtics fan in assachusettes I have alot of memories watching some very heated basketball in the 80's. Tree Rollins was kind of a prick as well.

I did not pick Artest as the biggest A HOLE just because of him going up into the stands to fight, but to say you cant use that because it was a long time ago is crazy. That just adds to all of the things he has done to be a * ***. That elbow was ridiculus and the fact he didnt go over to see how he was doing makes it worse. Then his interviews where he says he wont call to check to see if he is ok or even shake his hand before the game. If that doesnt scream A HOLE I dont know what does.

I have to go with Artest. I don't think he should be allowed to play anymore. This last offense was horrific and pretty much just cemented him as a liar as well as just a dirty, unstable player in general. That not being on purpose is completely ridiculous. Even if he didn't mean to hit him in the head he still meant to hit him. And the line about Harden putting himself in the position to flop is ridiculous. You couple this latest bonehead move along with everything else over the years and he just shouldn't even be allowed on the court.

I see what you guys mean about KG as well but that doesn't even put him in the same conversation as Artest. I don't know a lot of these other guys your talking about. A little before my time.

Bill, "big, "he fouled me, man", cry baby" Lambier for me too... Close second goes to Allen "You are talking about practice?" Iverson. What a ball hogging Primo donna. Honorable mention goes to Dennis, "Dude looks like a lady" Rodman. What a head case.

Lambeir got in teams heads and had limited skills by NBA standards, and he could change the outcome of the game.

He was not a hole, he was a genius.

The usual suspect have all been covered, but Charles Oakley was one of the first names that popped into my head.

Yeah, you're right! Same goes for Rodman! It is just that no one likes playing with a whiny baby or watching one. I get aggravated by players that take a flop. I wish the referees would tell them "just get up and play you big baby, I am not calling that." Or better yet, make flopping intentionally a technical foul. That may stop it. While I am on the subject, jumping into a player intentionally to get a foul called is about the same thing as flopping IMO.

Here's the deal about Rodman and Barkley said it best "early in his career he average 14 rebounds a game and made 2 million a year, later he average 14 rebounds a game and made 23 million a year. He's a marketing genius"

Rodman was the man! One of the absolutely most dedicated men to his craft you will ever find.

Guess it depends how you define "a-hole". I think you can be an a-hole without being a dirty player. First name that popped into my head was Reggie Miller. Gary Payton was quite an a-hole, too. I would probably put Jordan fairly high on the list as well.

And I enjoyed watching all of them play.
