    Biggest 8 I have shot
    These two seem to have made it passed the hunting season cant wait to see what they look like in another year or two

    Not huge but got this guy back in 2011 before the season opened. He was with another 9 pointer. Not sure whatever happened to these guys.

    I'm not sure if this is the biggest 8pt I've ever had on camera, but he's easily the biggest 8 I've been able to hunt. Scored just under 150"

    I saw this buck for the first time a week and a half before I killed him. I shot him on public ground! After I killed him I had a guy get a hold of me and send me this trail cam picture of the buck from about 2 miles away. The buck crossed a 4 lane highway and a lake to get to where I shot him. I never hunted that piece of public before in my life, saw the buck one night in November while we were bowfishing. Decided we better hunt the area after seeing him, I did some scouting on Google Earth and ended up shooting him my first time in! He grossed 157", he has a split G2 and a kicker to make him a 10pt. Shot him with my recurve!![​IMG][​IMG]

    Yea that split G2 and sticker on the other G2 kicks him out of the 8pt category. Mainframe 8 with a couple extras.

    I love big 8 pts! This is my biggest, he grossed 138. I had some trail cam pics in velvet, so I knew he was around. The same night I shot him there was another big 8 pt that was bigger, over 150". But he was at 40 yards and this one was at 20 yards. So I took the easy shot. The bigger 8 pt ended up getting shot 2 years later in the next state over. He went over 180 as a 8 pt, and he was 8 years old. Biggest 8 pt I ever seen!
