3 weeks ago i got a night time trail came pic of this buck so i started hunting him like crazy but he would not show him self in the daylight on my clover plot.So last Sunday i deiced i am going to put up a deer stand down wind of the plot in this thick funnel were all the deer come from and hopefully i will catch him scent checking does just before dark . just when i got done setting up the stand he came right down the run i thought he would and stopped at 20 yards and gave me the stare down for for a minute and then took off!right then i new i had him figured out so i waited for the right wind to hunt that stand next and tonight was the night.It was none stop action bucks kept coming in down wind of the doe pee i put out and just started pacing around the thicket looking for doe that was not there. after the forth buck came in i new tonight i was going to see him and just before last light here he comes to check out the pee too and it was a big mistake because i smoked him at 30 yards smelling my scent wick and he hit the ground only 60 yards away!! He is my biggest pa buck to date!
