This story kind of started Monday evening. Tab and I were in the stand and we had a 130" 8pt working his way towards us when I heard something behind me. I turn and look and a big 10pt that looked like he would score in the 160's was making his way past us at about 75 yrds. I only saw him for about 5 seconds but I knew he was big. So I fast forward to yesterday afternoon. It had been sprinkling off and on all afternoon. I got set up about 2:30 with expectations of seeing deer moving early. After sitting for about 2 hrs I hear something come running down the behind me. I turn and look and at about 100 yrds I see rack!! Never even thought about grabbing my binos because I instantly knew he was a shooter. Came into about 15 yrds and put him down. I actually spot lighted this buck a couple weeks ago and was sure he was probably just passing through and I would not see him again. Guess I was wrong. Scored 167 6/8". Actually have a shed from him from 2 yrs ago.
