I hate to make a new post about this stand or that stand, but I am thinking of getting a new stand in which i really need for another location. Now I know people say Lone wolf, XOP, Millennium(which I have 2 of and like), and others. But what is a comfortable set up for a guy like me that is 6'3 and 280 pounds? I want something that I can sit in with comfort of all day winter sits. I am considering both ladder stand or hang on. I would like a ladder stand, but its usually just me so makes a little tougher if needing to move and I like with a hang on I can move fairly easy and quickly if need to by myself. Just getting some thoughts on it. Appreciate it!

And for hang ons I buy field and steam then weld extensions on the base.

Check out the ol man line of stands. I have one of their lock ons and one of their climbers. I am 6'3 and they both have plenty of room.

field and stream has solid hang ons and are plenty of room. Even for a big tall guy. I'm sure that there are some bigger name brand stands that work just as well but these won't break the bank and personally vouch for them. Best of luck!

check academy sports and look at the summit 1.5 man ladder stand. 150 bucks and is plenty of room. I have two of these on our property. very roomy. they are heavy and require help in setting up

Appreciate all the feedback, I don't think I could go wrong on any of these options really. I believe I am going to go with the Millennium M60 , I love my first one and it is just a lot easier to move myself if needed. Thanks again for all the responses!

Rivers edge stands. They may be a little heavy but the platforms are big. I'm 6'5.. 235 lb and they got plenty of platform for me to move my feet and seat height is tall too.
