What's the biggest buck you think you've ever had on your trail cams? Did you ever get to see him?

As for me last years buck was the biggest I've ever had on my trail cams. I figured he'd go between 150 to 155 Inches. And yes I did see him, should've had him too.

I had 2 pictures of the 155 I shot last year. Also got another picture of a 10 pointer last December that will score pretty high.

Just shy of 190". Neighbor killed in during a drive with a shotgun slug. Hit it right behind the ear on a dead run. Classic Iowa deer hunt. I'm not a big fan of driving deer and that one hurt.

Probably close to a 200" buck 50 yards behind my house. I saw him a few times in the headlights crossing the road in our subdivision and in tthe yardlights.

ALWAYS AFTER DARK!! He wasn't a dumb subdivision deer. Never saw him while on stand. I'm pretty sure he lived in the 400 acre county park 1/2 mile from my house. No hunting there.

I've had a couple of 140+s on trail cam, but never have I seen them while hunting. I have seen other big deer that I've never had on trail cam. I did have a 120ish buck that I have hundreds of pictures of that I saw twice last year. He's the biggest deer I have gotten pictures of and seen.

Hopefully a big one makes a mistake this year.

This is easily the biggest racked buck I have ever got a photo of.

EDIT (had the year and story wrong!)

I tore my shoulder up that year and didnt really have much of a chance to get to hunt that season because of the injury. I do have his shed though from that year. I never saw any sign of him again. That was the 2007 hunting season I got the photos of him.

Yeah I have been fortunate to get some good bucks on camera. A lot of them were unhuntable to me though. Some were bucks I glassed and set a camera up to get a better look at knowing I could not hunt the land. That monster typical in that gallery is an example.

This is a buck that I only got one photo of in November of 2007. It was killed by a kid from Wisconsin that was a student at the University of Iowa. (students can get resident tags) He was hunting with some neighbors doing drives during shotgun season. He saw 5 deer running through the woods, couldnt tell what they were. After he emptied his gun, they found this dude laying there. Nothing official, but supposedly went way up in the 180's. Later found that he spent most of his life on a farm about 1 1/2 miles from my place and they saw him frequently. I recognized him when there was a photo of the student with the deer on the Des Moines Register sports page. I talked to the landowners family and offered to email the kid the picture I had and never heard a word back from anyone.

Here is the first buck I mentioned from several years ago. '93 I believe. He was a stud. I think it was the next year that he got shot. A buddy had either this set or the years before sheds.

I have 3 or 4 that I think are very close to each other as far as score goes...

Not sure about what this buck was as I never got a really good picture of him... he was always in the background and I never saw him in person... his frame was huge though.

This buck is really decieving. His body is absolutely huge and his width really makes the tines look shorter than they are... but using the 7"-7.5" ear length standard... his tines start looking alot more impressive. I used several photos on different scoring programs and kept getting low to mid 150" scores. I watched this buck for 3 years and probablly saw him more than 100 times... he was in my backyard every evening during the spring/summer but I only saw him twice during hunting season... once in archery and once in rifle season.

Saw this buck twice, once scouting, once spotlighting. Never saw while hunting... but it was shot by a woman during rifle season.... it ended up officially scoring either 151-3/8" or 153-1/8" I don't remember which...

Then there is this guy... never saw him in person and this is one of two photo's that I captured of this buck. He was hanging in a grown up apple orchard in the middle of a large section of woods... bordering the grown up apple trees was a large thicket of briars and a pond... all entirely covered up by the woods... not sure when this orchard was actually used last, but it had to have been 100 years ago by the size of the trees that grew up around it. Hunted this area hard and never saw him.

I've never had a really big buck on camera, this guy is the biggest I've got a pic of. Never did see this deer or find his sheds.

Mine is this guy. Got this picture at the end of last season and hope he is still around. Most think he will go between 155"-165".
