Hey Dusto, I remember Dan saying something awhile back about trying out some attachment that you put on the front of your bow for concealment. I believe it might have been the one they were selling at the Illinois Deer Expo. Did you guys try something like that out at all?

Hideabow. We were going to use one, and it would have worked awesome for where we were, but it never showed up. So, we had to go the traditional route.

Hey thanks for the update Dan. When you said you stalked yours I just figured you must have had something like that in front of you. Wow, now I'm even more impressed if you got it done without one! Sweet, and good job!

They were in a pasture, which was a flat, above us. We snuck up one of the cattle trails and only had 1 sage bush on the edge to hide behind. Shot the first one at 20-22 yards. It's some pretty cool footage.

Here's a sneak peek of the footage. Dubs and I watched the footage after and paused it and I took this pic with my phone. The footage is a lot more clear than the pic, but you get the idea.

You'll have to watch that episode of Bowhunt or Die to see the rest! :D

For those guys wondering about the Gobbler Getters, they are awesome! I'm in the process of writing a blog about my experiences with them right now. There was no blood trailing involved...
