Even if... I heard rumors of his shady partying when he was in college, and then there was the earlier dismissed case, and now this. 3 strikes and i see a pattern.
To ME, it doesn't matter if he did or didn't. He needs to keep himself away from the "opportunity" to be taken advantage of. I am all for people living their lives, but some of perks, come at a price and he continues to put himself in situations that have the potential to hurt him.
Drinking+NFL athlete+gold digging/manipulative w h o r e s=potential sexual assault charges and/or lawsuit.
I have been around some popular NFL athletes over the years, and some of the things the women would do to get close to these guys are off the charts crazy. I remember hanging around a college friend who is a popular NFL athlete one night when two college girls approached him and said, "lets go back to your hotel room, you can have us both"...I mean just out of nowhere....I busted out laughing and we all drank some more beer.
i dont think he did anything, i think that he was just around the wrong girl at the wrong time. there are interviews with people that followed him all night, that said that 2 bodyguards were keeping away any girls that got even close. I just dont think its plausible.
Really, it doesn't matter if he did it or not... he won't get into any trouble for it. Its a sad day when we have an NFL (Donte Stallworth) who kills a man while drinking and driving and recieves a month of jail time, but a man who simply shoots himself in the leg recieves years in prison.... things just don't add up. When Stallworth actually killed somebody, there was a short clip ran on ESPN about it... but accusations for Ben "sexual assaulting" a girl get several minutes of time, and a dude that "fights dogs" gets hours of airtime.... it just seems a little backwards. Goddell really needs to take a lesson from Stern (NBA) on how to punish people properly.
He probably grabbed her butt or something. Who really cares? That really is crazy when you think about it.
There are close to 2000 NFL players and practice team players in the NFL. This has happened to Ben twice now. Agreed there are money grubbing ****** out there but if that was the case this would happen a lot more than it does. I agree with the old adage, "Where there is smoke there is usually fire."
I'll definitely agree with this here, but use to to strengthen my point. Take Kobe for example, he committed a consensual act of adultery. Clearly, something he shouldn't have done, but it did happen. The woman sees this as a perfect scenario to scream rape and make some money. Michael Irvin, again no charges were filed, but when there is smoke there is fire. So likely, something did happen, but nothing close to or as serious as accusing a man of rape. She saw an opportunity to score some money. This is the likely case with Big Ben too.
