    Mines not gonna be listed from 2009 to 2010 cause it started back in 2005 but ill list it any .I was 230 lbs in 2005, started the fitness program and dieting and purposly droped weight slowly so my body could adjust,so as of last summer I was down to 179 down 51 lbs. That was from doing the p90X but I like the heavy weight training better,and my work schedule just dosent jive with the p90 routine anyway. Im currently weighing in at 200 bs now, so now in down 30 lbs. I have definantly added some muscle so im really not sure how to figure weight lost while at the same time adding muscle weight :confused: But Dam I feel good anymore, hardly get sick,and dont have near the back trouble I used to have :rock: Excellent job everyone, you Rock :rock:

    I gained about 4lbs and kept it which is good since it wasn't fat. 5'11 and 164lbs, and I'm happy. Congrats to you all.l

    Like you...I used to be "bigger". I've seen 236#'s.....lol. I lost mine in '04.

    And....a doctor once told me..."Jeff....the problem with most people's backs......is their fronts".:tu:

    Truer words couldnt be spoken Jeff!! It has more benefits than most people realize,,its the total package (fitness)
