The land I am hunting has about 50 acres of corn 50 acres peanuts and 50 acres of soybeans and needless to say the deer are all over it, only problem is there is no cover. On one of the fence lines there is some grass about 3 ft high that I could possibly build a small ground blind in, I bought a pop up blind set it in the edge of the corn field and tried to do some scouting but the deer wouldn't get any closer than 60 yards to that blind, so I left it there hoping they would get more comfortable with it.

Maybe drag some corn stalks over and try to blend in. The scent of the blind may be an issue also.
I too want to set up on a fence too catch them coming from the neighboring property.
    Good luck!

Use that ground blind as a decoy if the deer focus and avoid the blind, set up a natural blind in their travel path.

I have two buddy's that use their ghost blinds exclusively for bowhunting.I hunted out of one of theirs once and it's insane,if you leave and then come back you almost can't find it because it blends in so well

it depends on how close the corn field is to where the deer are but if they are close to the corn, set up at the edge or in the first row.

Man I guess I will be getting one myself will send a report after we use it. The deer walk down a road that's about 15 yards from the corn field

If you are able to try putting a scrape tree and licking branch out in the field within shooting range. I have done this in the past and it seems that most of the deer will come by and check it out sometime while they are in the field.

Sit in that blind and find where they enter and exit the fields. Put up 2 or 3 blinds along the edge where they come in and out of your fields. If you space them 50-60 yards apart, odds are the deer will have to pass between them. If you get in before they show up, you have the chance of being able to move blinds if you pick the wrong one to sit in.
