I did a cast iron skillet sear on the heart from my son's deer Sunday night. It had marinated for 24 hours before cooking. That was the appetizer. I did venison steaks, sautéed mushrooms and roasted red potatoes as the main course. I also whipped up my home made steaking topping: cream cheese, bacon, and sautéed mushrooms. Unfortunately, the forum was down so the pictures I thought I posted didn't come through and I deleted the pictures from my phone before I realized it didn't post. Oh well, still tasted amazing.

I’ve got a bunch of suppressors that I bought back in early November which are still sitting in NFA jail and I’m guessing that it’ll probably still be another couple months before those are even approved. I imagine that the tax stamp for an ICBM would take a whole lot longer to get approved than the tax stamp for what is basically a just glorified muffler for your guns... My applications have been pretty consistent, 11 months. Just got word that my latest was just approved and ready for pick up. Bought and applied for in April of '20.
Considering all the talk about new gun laws plus that **** last night down in Georgia where that fool went after those rub and tugs, at this point I'm just crossing my fingers that this latest order gets out of lock up before the crooks up in DC go and try to add some kind of ban, moratorium, or additional hoops and rules you gotta to jump through to get them.
