She hasnt picked yet. I dont think she wants to play college ball even though she is good enough all day long. I'm thinking if Virginia Tech or James Madison accepts her, she will more than likely attend.
Found out yesterday that my bid for a decommissioned Atlas missle silo was accepted, closing week after next. The silo is full of water but the command module is pristine, oh and the qousent hut is there.
No. It adjoins a property we own, it sits in the middle of a section so it only made sense to buy it and not have some 12 acre chunk with more road than that in easement to get to it. However, the previous owner allowed dark water divers in for practice. I would imagine we will do the same. The command module however, still has blast doors and all kinds of neato stuff. No missle though, kinda sucks.
the first word a child says is predictable even the second. My grandson's first and second word were dad and mom totally predictable but the 3rd word that he uses and repeats is tractor he loves tractors.
Maybe 10-12 years back, there was an entire hardened underground base for sale in KS for like $800k. I think there was like 30 acres of useable space. I wasn't in a place personally/financially to really entertain it; but it was very intriguing. Guy who bought it ended up selling 'memberships' to prepper- types. Park a camper or drop a connex container inside and wait for TEOTWAWKI. If that were to pop up now I'd be on it like Hunter on an 8-ball.
19 acres below ground, 210 above. The best quote of the listing "The limits of this property really are up to your imagination and bank account." So you get Captain Obvious for a Realtor too! https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/41811-E-County-Road-30-Bennett-CO/21665905/
I have some friends from Iran who may be able to help with that. They were looking for a place to set up without having Israeli SF assassinate them. Seems like a win-win. Think of the money that could start flowing through your place if President Biden Re-enters the nuclear deal. /s of course! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Daughters team lost a real close one in the state semis. They fought hard and had the states #1 team down at half. Having a few beers and thinking about how hard she has worked for many years.
Monday was 2 weeks with no dipping, I am already cutting back at the gum, I won't buy another box of nicorette. I was surprised how easy it was to quit but I was ready to quit. The only time I really need a piece of gum is when I first get up in the morning.
