Bought my wife a new vehicle last night so the car shopping is done. 2015 Dodge Journey with 81K, single owner, no accidents or mechanical issues. The sales guy at the dealership is the cousin of the guy that hired me when I started at the medical school. So I feel like he is trustworthy. Sales guy brought down from the $12, 900 listing to $10,900 and I paid cash so no car payment. Wife's happy, I'm happy, and my kids will quit making my jeep a mess.

Being on a low carb life style now and discovering keto friendly mug cake recipes and keto home made butter pecan icecream. Hubby has been having all his snacks ,chips, ice cream, crackers, cookies and telling me how great it all is. I have to buy it and dish out his ice cream and food save his individual cookie packs....well razzberry to you!!!!! This stuff is great and portioned controlled.

Hell I iron his work jeans and his holey patched weekend work jeans and shirts. BUT heres the big one:

When his collars fray I remove and turn them so they look new.

There are low carb ice cream options. We have an ice cream machine and it can be as simple as dumping lite/low carb yogurt in and turning it on.

I'll also be whipping up a bunch of these toward around labor day for my elk hunt:

I love macaroons. I have to use swerve though. I actually avoid anything that would need sweetening. Though every once in a while a treat is nice. The toughest thing for me is no fruit. Fruit was my go to "candy". Me sitting on land I've filled with fruit trees and bushes. Good thing is once I stopped eating sweet anything I really don't crave it. Plus fasting is a breeze. 20/4 . I have to push my self to eat those two small meals. Before I had to snack to keep from getting queasy.

Flavored stevia and some water may be a better choice than swerve in this recipe as the maple syrup kinda makes a damp batter with the almond flour.,

My wife does too. And makes me popcorn. And a beer every now and then.

Don't ask me to list everything I do for her to get those things. LOL

Went out for dinner in town, had the steak special, I was a little skeptical of a $16.95 t bone but it was good. Very quiet every other table seating. Best part 6 pm reservation 6:40 done eating.

Cynthia's Kitchen and Cocktails in Upsala. I recommend it. If you want things locally you have to spend locally especially in a really small town. Love it here, although local store hours...frustrating.

Fix please upload a video of yourself when you walk away from your little girl and make it back to the truck. I was a wreck because I knew my little girl was never coming back, she was launched and was going to achieve what she intended. She never moved back home after she graduated in 4 years.

Brother, I know exactly what you mean. Mine is going to school for animal behavioral science and marine biology.... No jobs in NY for that. Wife and I have already decided that when my younger one picks a college we will move and split the distance difference.
