    So last night I pulled an old outboard out of the garage, I bought the motor at a garage sale 12 years ago. I have never started or used the motor it just sat on the floor. I brought the motor down to the shop pulled the spark plugs and poured some startron in the carb. Cleaned the plugs and the damn thing started and idled. Had a beer and it started back up on the first pull. 1970's Evinrude 9.9 hp sportwin possibly the worlds most bullet proof motor.

    My oldest was approved today to double major ( I didn't know you needed admin and course approval)! She should have 8 classes knocked out of normal curriculum thanks to her being a superstar in HS so instead of talking it easy she is hitting it hard and will have 2 BS's.
    Tough Rd but we were never much following paths, more for making trails.

    I used to look at old timers who sat on their porches and say, "man that looks boring". Now as I get older I love it. Sitting out in the heat with a beer or two and listening to nothing but the wind and birds is perfect.
