Being able to drive again after recovering from hip replacement.

Drove to town earlier and picked up lunch. First time driving in 6 weeks.

Sure does. No more pain when walking or standing. Still have muscle strength to regain from the surgery, but im getting there. I need to be able to climb in the boat in another 4 weeks. Lake Kissimmee fishing trip coming the first of February.

Have heard that hip replacement is better than knee replacement. Neighbor had one with a new technique by going through muscle instead of around it. Glad that things are getting better. Now about the Kissimmee trip. That requires photos for the Fishing Forum.

I had my left one done ten years ago and they went through the muscle. This one was the anterior aporoach from the front. Lot less swelling and brushing this time. Recovery time is alot shorter than last time. I will say I have more thigh soreness but nothing pt won't take care of.

    Fish pictures hopefully will happen.
