My 78 year old dad is still in a bowling league. He bowled a 232 last night. Said, "I didn't do that good.....". Haha

I have a friend and he is one of of my original supervisors. When I started in the State Police , he and his wife He 82 and she is 75. And they are both shooting in the indoor archery shoot league that I run and participate into. He is shooting a 55 lb elite and she is shooting a 32 lb bear (The Company Bear). I owe my archery love to him. He gave me a bow to use 30 yrs ago.
82 and shooting Wow. Doing well in the league too. About 16 or 17 out of 44 ppl

    That is fantastic man.

I ever tell you the story of a PA state police story when my wife worked in PA about 10 years ago? Well, I still worked in VA half the month then would go to PA while my wife got her foot in the door in a new job arena. I would stay in PA as long as I could then drive back late at night. One night I was driving home from Western PA and was approaching the NJ turnpike. Basically, you get off on the Trpk or you are stuck on another highway that travels south through the mountains. As I am about 1 mile from the turnpike, I see this car flying on the opposite side of the highway. It drives over the grass median, turns off its lights and hides behind a parked semi going the opp direction. A couple mins later the state police are running code on the other side of the highway and drive right past him. As soon as they did, he turned his lights on and started driving the opposite direction south I told myself to not get involved but I couldn't help it. I slowed down and called the PA state police. I let the bad guy pass me and I started to follow in my truck. State police dispatcher told me they were in fact after a car in that area. I told her who I was and would be following until a trooper got with me. It took them probably 15 mins to get to me bc we were in the middle of nowhere in the mountains. I get a call from a trooper on the move toward me and we coordinated a plan for me to peel off if he was ok. He passed me and pulled over the driver. I slowed down and the trooper had the guy up on the car in cuffs in a split second. I was so deep in the mountains I just drove the long way home and as I did I got pulled over by a state trooper bc I was speeding. LOL

I am dropping the hammer of accountability I used to dread firing reps now I enjoy it. I like to listen to stories of what they plan to do, I reply with what they have not done before this conversation. I am getting old I have zero time or patience for bull ****, and plenty of hungry people for an opportunity. I love a recession.

I’ve got to imagine most of that territory,
    a) is a major PITA to deal with,
    b) has all sorts of stupid rules/restrictions/ordinances,
    c) would go to public bid
    d) because of the above- probably is a costly project (and decent margin) and would be easy to find details on…like the 14 seconds I put into finding this:

My reps meet with the design engineers to have our product specified in the plans long before it goes to bid.

Our atmosphere, any airborne particulates, clouds and light has an impact…Just need to look up in a city v country…get up on a country mountain and it looks better still. I love looking up at night when I’m up on the AT. The Milky Way on a clear night in the backcountry of the Rockies is even better.

Yet that view from Mars is just awesome…

We share different world views, so our conclusions are likely different.

I see that, amongst other things and can’t help but think, there must be a creator. Too intricate this at the macro level, but equally to the micro extreme and statistically improbable to be otherwise.

I’m glad we can agree, it’s just cool and awesome!

No it is really cool but Mars does not have an atmosphere or any light and it is closer to the view. I refuse to go to box and feel shame for having porchlights. Sorry you all's will not get the slap shot reference.

Found a guy on the e-bay that made a custom seat cushion for me, the back seat basic flat cushion but custom made to my dimensions for the ski boat freaking unbelievable $150 under $200 after shipping. Ordering a backrest cushion as soon as I get the base cushion installed. It will be an 1/8th of what I was quoted from an apolstry shop in the area and 3 months faster.

I watched a small show on these particular crabs the other day. They can hit objects with their claws at about the speed of a bullet. But inside their claws exist some awesome diffusion mechanisms that filter out the pressure to the crabs claws so they aren't injured. No way something haphazardly morphs into that without some higher design...
