Great news my son came home today for the Thanksgiving holiday and he is staying to hunt the first day of rifle season. Saturday 11/30/24. Loving it. It’s been 4 or 5 yrs since our last hunt

Have the cable steering roughed in, just have to mount the twin stick controls. Grandsons are going to have to learn points and condensers distributor cap and timing to keep their toy running. 1957 technology.

Got home from work yesterday to have my oldest tell me that the garbage disposal got clogged after I left for work. But, not to worry about it, he took the pipes under the kitchen sink apart, cleared the clog and put it back together so I didn't have to mess with it when I got home. Not bad for 13-year-old who just figured it out by watching me do it a couple of times.

My wife and I told my daughter not to do the 2 house thing on a holiday it just makes for a long day. Boys are coming over this morning and staying over night. I saved some holes to drill on the boat so boys can help grandpa work on the boat. Not enough snow to slide yet so we will stay in the warm shop.

Tried to have a fire outside last night for marshmallows, too dang cold. Boys wanted marshmallows so I made them over the electric stove element, they were shocked that you can just make marshmallows anytime in the house.

I have taken well over 100 nerf rounds I love my grand monsters but time to go home boys 2 nights grandpa needs a well deserved nap. When they ran around in their life jackets this morning and wanted to go sliding it wore me out. I want donuts, I want eggs, I want movies with no commercials, why grandpa 100 times. Yes the batteries go dead when you forget to shut the toys off, grandpa can't fix that.

Fresh back strap medallions with red potatoes, carrots and Vidalia sweet onions. Served with cucumber salad and a sweet tea!

No, a now former employee. Wage theft, took a while to catch it, thought he was smart.

Shoutout to @arrowflinger1 (Scott)! He remembered me posting in this thread a year or 2 ago about how my neighbors came and plowed me out since I don't have a snowblower and we got 10+ inches of heavy snow. He delivered this snowblower to my house for free (I forced him to take $100). This is going to help me and our neighbors so much. Thank you again and nice meeting you! Truly a stand-up great guy.

Got to work before the epic tangle this snowstorm will bring without incident. Checked the traffic map when I got to work there were at least 5 crashes on my route that I missed.

Lying on the couch watching Christmas Vacation with my daughter. There is literally nothing else in the world I would rather be doing.

Just remember the best things in life are free my friends.

I got the biopsy results, definately Carsinoma. Slow growing but needs removal. I'll be schedualing that tomorrow.
So even though we all suspected that knowing for sure is a blessing.
