    You have to apply for a permit to purchase a hand gun in Minnesota, beyond the standard back ground check.

    I thought that was what you were implying. Weird how the 2nd amendment doesn't require a permit to buy.

    It was that way in NC...especially counties with big metros, the processing time had gotten to months as sheriff's offices were really only running NICS checks...a lawsuit fixed that.

    maybe the BHOD members could all pitch in.
    .... and in MLB news a collection of bow hunters have come together to make a bid for the Twins, reports indicate it to be a very competitive bid but there are concerns about it being between so many individuals and that the funds are contingent on "selling some archery equipment first".

    Something to consider, some elders you see out and about may be terribly lonely. If you happen upon one that tries to reach out, give them the time of day if you can. Though make sure you have time..lol
    You would be amazed the things you can learn and different perspectives your gifted. Then there's that 2 way street that can make them smile or laugh out loud. Believe me when I say,times are danm tough for some elders right now. They have little to laugh about and fewer ppl to even try to laugh with. Having them walk away with a smile will make your week.

    Meh we see them all the time, I didn't even go out to see them last night, they were out the night before. Plus the I-phone is putting a enhanced picture that is more intense than what you are seeing with the naked eye.
