My daughter took me to a Pirates game.

I thoroughly enjoyed my self with her at the game. Then after the game she made dinner, I do miss her. IMG_2249.jpeg

First of the year green beans with ham and red taters, fried sweet corn, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.

    Hard to beat summer supper!

Got scanned this morning from my teeth to my turd cutter. My mouth, throat and stomach are all clean as a whistle. I have gutted dip since I was 16 so 42 years without an issue, guess there is no point in quitting. My wife is happy there isn't an issue, pissed because well I am me and put a dip in as soon as I was awake and out off the gurney.

I’ve been working my butt off the past few weeks getting ready for two horses to get here.
Our daughter, who is in the Air Force, has had my wifes horse with hers in mid-west Missouri since we moved to the rocky Ozarks.

She is transferring to the Pentagon next month (surprise!) and we’ve been scrambling to fence in a few acres on this rocky hill, install gates, build a shelter and a covered round bale feeder.

I’ve cut a lot of 4x4’s and 4x6’s with my miter saw lately. I cut the 6x6’s with a chainsaw. That saw would have come in handy.

I don’t even want to talk about augering post holes in this rock. It was 1/2 auger and 1/2 pinch point bar.

This post may belong in the rant thread.

Woah! I don't see any of that. That's terrible, disgusting and lewd. What are you using to get those?

Sunday afternoon everyone has headed home, my kids had 14 of their friends up to party and play on the water. Nothing got broke, nobody got hurt. Going to enjoy the silence this afternoon.

Weekend tally 20 pounds of potatoes, all fresh cut and fried. Boat was full of gas when they got here they refilled once and ran out of gas on the way to the dock after the day. 1 huge plastic can full of empties, 4 pounds of bacon, 6 pounds of sausage. Made 5 pounds of hamburger patties ,I have no idea on paper towel and TP usage, there are 4 bags of garbage in the back of my truck because the can is full. Wife has 10 sets of bedding to wash and the anchor got left all the way down on the pontoon all the way down the lake to my dock. Last gathering of the summer other than grandkids.
