Guess this little guy wanted to hang out when I was driving. Flew in and hung out for a few seconds. Ha!

Love dragon flies back at the ranch they used to follow you and pick off gnats.

Yes, and I use a spash of vinegar as well. Out of 8 eggs 7 have hatched. The last had a big break but not through membrane yet. Been like that for hours and it's still alive and poking. I'm hoping other chicks help it out before morning . If it makes it I'll have a 100% hatch on first try

    Update :
The humidity alarm went off at 3a.m. waking me. The last bird hatched. I moved all but 3 to brooder. The new one isn't fluffed out yet but close so it will go in brooder soon. 5 look to be pure Copper marans a good dual purpose. Now is the wait to see which are layers and which are stewers.

Going to Denver again to go to Red Rocks, my wife and son are flying while I will be driving because well there are new rocks that need to be picked up. Best thing there is a concert venue in Denver, Globe Hall. The restaurant is only open when they have concerts, while we are in Denver the place will be open. This place has the best BBQ I have ever had, can't wait to go back and destroy a mega platter with my son.

Went on a short walk with my daughter, found a good bit. I still have a lot to cover that was too far for her to walk.

Had grandsons today. They were great and we are all tired. Youngest was sound asleep within 5 mins of drive home. I will sleep tonight

Strawberry was my go to. Had the mug with the rabbit ears that I drank out of every morning. Never did have the spoon.

Let me guess, dip the spoon full of mix into milk and take out, then watch the magically peal off?

Mexican place couple miles from the office, chicken soft taco with beans and rice $9. You can't get a fast food combo meal for that, and it is way better.

Got after it today, cleaned out all the garden beds and the river rock around the house, mowed and bagged the lawn, got weed and feed down on half the lawn blew off the driveway and put down weed killer to keep anything from growing. Guys came and put the dock in, patio furniture deployed. Going to plant tomatoes tomorrow and put the pontoon in.

Trimmed the bottom limbs off the evergreen in our yard today. Loaded them up and hauled to the yard waste site down the street. Waited in line to back up to the dumpster and saw two guys tossing freshly cut sod in the dumpster. Backed up to their trailer and asked if they minded me getting rid of the sod for them. They even loaded it into my pickup for me. Wound up with enough fresh sod to fill in all the bald spots in my yard. Got my work cut out for me tomorrow. Will be smiling the whole time.

Fired up the Honda 40 hp on the pontoon, popped right off. Love it when they fire right up.

10 mph hour over. I only stop to pee and get gas, pay at the pump splash and go. Much better during daylight.
