Having a short notice, internal, meeting only to hear that your fraud of a director is no longer part of the company. Made my week!

Talked to my daughter they shot 2 rabbits with the 22 and cooked them in the instapot that night. Love that, so important that kids know where food comes from, we are not vegans we eat meat and know where it comes from. I should add they usually run 200 head of beef he know where his food comes from but there is so much to be learned about shooting game, cleaning it, and then eating it.

    1. Son graduated from PA school on Friday. Just the remaining medical boards or what ever that exam is called, remains.

    2. My grand daughter recently had surgery to have a G tube installed. Parents were rightly have been on edge with this new learning curve, but I think I can already see some positive benefits. Keep her in your prayers, if you're so inclined.

Those of us in the northern states will get this, we have had a 1 day cooldown below zero last night and cold day down to 16 right now. The lake is singing sounds like techno music, making ice.

I love that sound. Seems a bit unnerving for my wife though.

What a great day! Talked, laughed, ate and danced with the grandsons. Both families brought their canine " kids ", that was wild. Gifts hugs and kisses. Crazy amounts of food and goodies.

When your daughter gets a big girl job as she describes it, gets dad a nice new putter for x-mas

Finding out the hubby took his crew out to brunch because the company stopped having a Christmas gathering. Our daughter got a bonus but no one out of management did. She took hers and gave $$$ to each of her team then paid for them to go out to brunch at a nice restaurant.
Both remembering from where they started and being grateful.

Drove thru town and a truck caught my eye at the carwash it was mine getting washed up after the body repair, miss my truck a chevy not a ford. then again depressing truck has 126,000 miles on it at this rate I will drive 1 million miles commuting from the lake before I retire, far too much time to be driving.

I’d bet you wouldn’t give up the lake place for a shorter drive to work.

Wife decided we are going to go to the cities to shop for new patio furniture today, I will try to be patient. Me I would go to 1 place find the set I like and buy it, my wife she will see 1 she likes but will keep looking, we will go to other stores to look too. The things you do for love.

We went to 1 place to look, she found what she wanted and only spent a 1/2 hour picking out the throw pillows she wanted to go with the furniture we were in and out in 2 hours and she slept most of the drive home so did not stop for sushi. I also want to thank my Mom for paying for it all, she would love it.
