Have a couple friends up, I am making dinner, they brought halibut from alaska I have farm steak ribeyes. Surf and turf making my famous coleslaw and fish potatoes with it, going to be an awesome meal been working on it for hours doing the prep work so it all cooks in 14 minutes. Getting nagged to go out on the pontoon I said do you think a delicious meal just happens? Get out of my kitchen sous chef. It is all in the marinate., I do the same with corn on the cob roll it in olive oil and season it and let it sit for a couple hours.
When you get home after work and scouting in the heat and think you don't have anything left..... Then see this......
