Finally met up with @Sota for some beers and lunch. It was only fitting he was in his Packers shirt and I was in my Vikings shirt. It was great meeting you and like you said we are just normal people. Never met but we didn’t stop bullshitting for damn near 3 hours. I get to buy next time.

Changed my flights and took the 5:30 outbound to get to MSP at 7 am tomorrow. Have to get home and get the boats to the lake. Plenty of work to do but my son will be there with me to help with the restoration of the floor and seats in the go fast boat and the front deck of the pontoon. Could not do it without him. Have to cut to fit the synthetic teak and that man is a measure 3 times detail orirentated individual. Oh and he is sticking around for mothers day , Momma is always happy when her flock is at the lake.
Got 3 texts today from neighbors, beaver sighting on the lake. Kinda honored they all texted asking me to kill the beaver, I guess I am the neighborhood cleaner, I'm your huskleberry.
Had 2 guys from Missouri from onother forum I'm on asking about turkeys in MN. I said "come on up. They got to my cabin late yesterday. Showe them around on land I got permission on. They set up this morning and had both big Tom's down right quick. They packed up and headed home. Real nice fellas.
I had a missed call from my daughter so I called back it rang and rang I was just going to hang up when my grandson answered. Kid 3-1/2 knows how to answer an i phone. I hate talking on the phone I will take his call everytime. He is alot like me on the phone grunts and yeah.
I got a very special gift on Mothers Day. My daughter asked us to pick what day of the week we would like to watch the boys this Summer, we took Friday. Love it I go in work till noon head home in time when the boys get up from their naps, and after work the Daughter comes over for dinner.

I am incredibly impressed with my middle son's improvement in baseball this year. Two games this week, he pitched two innings with 5K, 4W, 0H. Hitting he has gone 4 for 4 with two singles, RBI single, and RBI double, 8 SB, 2 runs scored.
