    I won't even take Tylenol for pain anymore quit all that When I went keto. I've been like this ALL my life. In high school I would work until 2:30 a.m. then get up and make it to school by 7:30a.m. After school work until 5 cleaning houses then head of to work at the night club 3 -4 hrs of sleep a day. That said when my body finally says sleep I can sleep a solid 3 days.Not being able to wake up . Freaks people out. Hubby could not handle it the first time it happened. Huge argument when I came out of it. It only happens once every several years but it's like a complete ,I hate this phase now, reset. Yes I've been to sleep clinics.

    Surprising the youngest after school. She said she wants more hoop time. How did one man put that up 10 feet high on his own? Who the f knows!

    There has been a bunch here all winter. There is a big cherry tree on the way to the gym and they spend all day in that tree picking off the cherries.

    Taking the wife out for dinner tonight at our favorite place the historic rock tavern. Kinda funny I called for a reservation for 6 not available, I said my wife and I prefer to sit at the bar in the dinning room, owner said yep we have your spot Tim, that is awesome that is why you tip well and treat people well.
