It was great... Not one line, never crowded at all. Food was awesome, biggest aquarium I believe. They make their money off the food and excursions. It's for something for family or couples without kids. Expect about 1500 a day for however long you stay. ( That's without drinking and doing a few excursions)
Oh I know, growing up in Canada I played for four years. The reason I quit was because my parents could not afford it anymore. Unfortunately, it has very much become a rich kids sport. Which sucks, because there are some fantastic youth players that never get a chance due to the exorbitant cost.
Dogs. Mans best friend. House sitting for my girlfriends bosses for 3 months while they winter in Costa Rica (one of their sisters has cancer and lives there). They have a dog who is 10+ years old and is not in good shape. Woke us up at 445 this morning coughing, puking, and basically having a seizure for 3 hours. Currently at the vet to see the next steps. Really hope we don't have to put him down while they are out of the country. Edit: Just got the news we were not hoping for. He was the most annoying little **** of a pug, but damn I hate this stuff.
As they say. All dogs go to heaven. He was 15 years old and had a good life. I’m thankful it didn’t happen while we were at work and got to be with him to comfort him until the end. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So in Sacramento this week, drove out to Jackson to visit the reps facility. I hate urban California but tell you what rural California is stunning. I was driving thru the foothills, some huge ranches and the views are amazing. I could live there.
February 2nd and I’m sitting on the porch in shorts and a t shirt. No lie 40 degrees feels like 80 today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Super bowl dinner hamburger and gravy over potatoes with roasted carrots, onions, and mushrooms. Corn on the side with salad and rolls.
Bronze wool, if you are polishing anything on a boat, and aluminum bronze wool is the best thing ever. Did one side of the splash rail in 15 minutes by hand. Shame that most hardware stores do not carry it.
Snow. I know most of y'all cant stand it or have had enough of it but I love it. Pot of chili made. Spending the day doing man cave stuff, cleaning and organizing.
Would love too but the wife ain't having it. Been trying move further north for years and the wife always vetoes it all on the snow factor.
Deepest hole I ever dug was for a beloved German Shepard, knew when I was done digging he was going in, so I kept digging.
We have lost our two boys in the last two years( shepards). Their 16 yr old mom who's half their size is just starting to lose her hips. You've seen her in some of my pics. My constant companion unless I'm cutting big trees. Hoping she makes it to at least a few more spring walks this year.....
Spent the day up at the daughters holding the grandson, laying on a blanket on the floor with him. Yeah me talking away to a 3-1/2 month old baby. I can still say that I have not changed a diaper though.
