I was wondering what would be the best string silencer. i would also like my arrows to fly either the same or faster without losing speed from the silencers

Something you could try is to use something like monkey tails in place of your speed nocks. Dual purpose, quiets and puts weight in the right place.

I've always been a cat whiskers guy. They are quite effective.

A good STS will eliminate most of the need for string silencers IMO. I still have some on my cables, but not on my string. I use Vaportrail Sting Bats.

A good tuned bow shouldn't need any with a arrow with some weight to it . If you spend the time to make sure everything else on the bow is quiet there won't be a lot of differance with or with whiskers or monkey tails
