Hello from good old Germany, where bowhunting is forbidden. I´m sad about it. So the most of us Bow junkies can only do the 3D-sport-version. They only can dream about, how it can be... I have the chance to visit my brother (if i have the time to). He is living in the Peace River Area Of Alberta /Canada and will be happy, if i have the chance to come over and help him, to move some bucks in to the freezer. By the way, please forgive me, my stumbling english. I had started with the bow 2015/16 and from the first arrow on, it was a big fun to me. After i had met Dave Cousins this year, bow shooting changed to a deep, burning love. A day feels incomplete, if i had missed the chance to shoot some arrows to my Rhinehart Woodland Buck. But the job eats my time, like a dog fresh meat. without money / lot of time left...with money less time left. what´s better? So i will read and post here, not very often. less time you know what i mean . I will read, listen and learn. Best regard from Germany. Hoyt Defiant 34 and Rinehart Woodland Buck - YouTube ( Yes i´m a lazy one... don´t put the bow stand of, before shooting.) For my bow shooting, i use: Hoyt Defiant 34 lefthand. 60 pounds, HHA Optimizer Light Ultra sight, ripcord red arrow dropaway rest,
Glad that you found us way over here. Sorry that your country is so archaic in their thoughts about archery. Hope you are successful visiting your brother. That's a great area for hunting. Join in the conversation here. ENJOY!!!!!
Welcome to the forum. Where are you located? I spent some time in Bamburg and Nuremberg in the Army. 1991-1994. Fantastic country! Great food and the beer is amazing! Good people too. Hope you have the chance to make it to Canada. It will be well worth the trip!
