Best John Wayne - The Fighting Seabees or The Sands of Iwo Jima
Best Marlon Brando - Apocalypse Now
Best Tom Hanks - The Green Mile
    Best James Stewart - Harvey
    Best Clint Eastwood - Unforgiven
Best Charles Bronson - The Mechanic
Best Lee Marvin - The Dirty Dozen
Best Steve McQueen - The Great Escape

It was difficult to pick the best Wayne and Eastwood movies as I have thoroughly enjoyed so many of his over the years.

This is a SOLID list. Add in Gangs of New York and Inception.

They made a series after the mini series. It was never an actual "movie" per say. It's like 8hrs long.
