Well I took the trophy take off the monster and put it on the boys new craze. Now I'm looking for the "perfect rest". Any ideas, I liked the trophy taker other than the clip that held the arrow. To many issues with the clip. I want a fall away, with full containment.

If you want Full containment, take a look at the new Limb Driver. :)

I really don't care about full containment so I'll stay with my old style limb drivers.

For the apache guys - I've had my eye on it - is there any option with it to have your arrow "locked down" to keep it from moving around while doing a stalk, etc?

I've been giving the Apache (and the RipCord Code Red) a serious look for a couple months now, but wanted to wait until after season to pull the trigger. I've been fighting the urge to move to a fall away rest, but I am about to give in to it. I've been happy with my rest, but just looking for a change I guess. Been thinking about a new sight for my bow too, but not ready to make that plunge yet.

ive had the trophy taker, ripcord, QAD, AND apache
    the apache is the quietest
    the ripcord gets hungup alot
the QAD HAS NEVER gave me any problems
and the trophy taker, overall good, but you need a limbsaver dampner pad becase ITS LOUD!

    hope this helps!
i'd reccomend the QAD ultra rest pro LD OR HD

    QAD Ultra-Pro.

I've had QAD rests on my General, Nitrous and now my Assassin, as well as my brothers current bow. His new bow, that's on order, will also have this rest.

If that doesn't say something about the rest, I don't know what will.

I have the apache on my Maxxis and for such a low price I was shocked at how well it worked and how much quiter it was than my Old Qad. I just wish it would lock in the up position like the Qad, but I havent really had problems with that either just a preference I guess.
