I'm lookin to get all new cell cams. I have 5 COVERT CODE BLACK 12.0 and I'm sick of them. They don't send pics. They are nothing but a headache.

I've heard good and bad things about just about every cell cam out there. You might take a look at the Snyper General. Seems to be it might give you the best bag for your buck. I don't personally have one but I know a couple people that do and have seen pics from them and they are solid.

I had two code blacks. Nothing but trouble. I now have two Spartan Gocams. I have had them for two years now. Great cameras. Mine are cheaper to operate now since I just added the to my Verizon account. I pay altogether 8 bucks a month for the premium service.

Interesting. I have 11 newer Code Blacks and don't really have any issues with them. Did have some issues with the earlier models but no problems with the 16 and 17 models. I am interested in trying a Spartan though just to see the difference.

In general I like my Covert's(I don't have any cell cams though), but they do tend to have some bugs. One camera gets water in it every time it rains. Luckily it keeps on running, but eventually it's going to stop working. Another one doesn't like to turn the menu on when you slide the switch. They take pretty good pictures, but I hate putting 12 batteries in a camera.

I've got a Stealthcam GXW and a Spypoint Link-S. I've only had them since summer so I can't speak to the longevity of either one. So far I'm liking the Stealthcam more than the Spypoint. I already had to return the first Spypoint that just totally quit working. I purchased the Spypoint from trailcampro.com so the return was a complete breeze. But dealing with Spypoint is another matter. I had to get the account from the first camera transferred to the replacement camera and getting ahold of them is nearly impossible. The Spypoint's night pics are pretty weak as well. One positive I will say about the Spypoint is that the cellular setup is super easy.

    Blessings........Pastorjim
