Best broad head 50lb bow

    So on the slick trick would you suggest the 1" or the 1 1/8 with the lighter 45-50 lb bow

    This year I am trying the G5 Montecs (I am pulling about 49 lbs). Otherwise, we have always been Muzzy people.

    Slick Trick Standard 100 grain (4 blade 1" cut) work great with low poundage.

    I used 100gr grim reaper on my 47lb Bow and it dropped two deer very nicely

    I shoot 50# and have had good luck with NAP Thunderhead 3 blade 100gr.

    Any cut on contact broadhead would be my recommendation. I completely agree with the others who also mentioned Slick Trick's. The Standards would be perfect and I will say one thing, the blades are STUPID sharp!! Best fixed blade head I have killed deer with.

    Check out VPA's line also. I shoot 70# with a 125gr. Vented head but they have a good variety of weights and styles. Excellent broad heads.
