Hey everyone ,Today I'm trying to figure out what arrows would go best with my set up .I am currently shooting 60 pounds and have a 29 inch draw length .I use NAP killzone broadheads at the moment .I am looking for arrows that are accurate and shoot straight but will not cost to much .All feedback will definitely help thanks .
You will get a hundred different answers...lol. I shoot Carbon Express Mayhem Hunters and love them. For your set up they suggest the 250's. They run about $68 for for 6 that are fletched. Also, the Beman ICS Hunters are good and the Easton Bloodlines.
Easton FMJs get my vote. Im totally in love with them.My dealer sells them for 60 bucks for 6 shafts in lost camo which isnt bad in my opinion.
60 bucks is a crazy deal for FMJs I think I paid close to 80 for mine in lost camo. Might have to have you ship some for me haha. I love my FMJs been thinking about switching to the new da torch or reds for a more target shooting arrow just can't justify going away from the hard hitting fmj
yeah I think i paid 80 for my first half dozen fletched at BPS. I found out they had them in lost so i went to my local mathews dealer and he sells them 59.99 for the shafts with knocks so i bought a dozen and quick fletched them. I love the FMJs I cant see me switching to anything even for 3D my groups are right on.
I got my Gold Tip XT hunters for $70 for the dozen...Not sure if that is full retail or if i was given a stellar deal by my uncle but anyways they are NICE arrows and I love mine
Deer Crossing Archery is gaining a huge following. They are very reasonable and I hear nothing but great things about them. I just ordered a dozen custom hunters. Google them and see what you think.
I'm currently debating weather to grab a set of Easton Bloodline's or Gold Tip Expeditions 5575's. I have heard nothing but good about Easton arrows & same for Gold Tip.
I will be trying out the Black Eagle Carnivores for the first time this year. I've heard lots of good things so far. Gonna put em together tomorrow night....
The only thing in the Easton vs Gold Tip debate is that Eastons are made in the good ol USA and Gold Tips are made in China. I was going to go with Gold Tip Pro Hunters a little while ago and then my bow shop friend told me this and suggested FMJs. and I haven't looked back. I would take a good look at Eastons stuff.
I believe Gold Tip moved their production to Mexico in 2005, but I have sinced moved back. Im not sure if it's for all or just specific ones. Eirher way, my Pro Hunters do not have a "Made in USA" label. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S4
If you're looking to try something a little less mainstream check out the victory vaps. They treated me really well last season so I will continue to use them.
